General description:
Construction of a 22-storey residential building with no shelter floor. It is equipped with a total of four indoor lifts, two located in each unit, two located in the fireman's lift lobby.
The project has six types of units, including low-rise Triplex, Superior Duplex, Duplex, Simplex, Master Duplex and Penthouse.
The usable area of the units ranges from 2,846 to 6,867 square foot, and the floor height ranges from 3.5 to 4.75 meters. The layout covers 3 to 4 bedrooms, including 3 bedrooms with study rooms, and 4 bedrooms with 4 suites, and each unit adopts an independent kitchen design.
The external walls are made of ltalian stone and glass curtain walls, combined with metal wavy lines, which undulate with different house types. The project construction fee (not including interior design) has cost more than 5 digits per square foot, and it has the opportunity to challenge Hong Kong's highest construction fee record.
